FogliOre

Hours, shifts and pay stubs for staff who work at customer sites.

Crews photograph their paper timesheet or log shifts from their phone. HR validates against the image, the customer gets a report, payroll gets a period, every employee gets their own pay stub.

CONNET

Every shop order into Odoo, with a label and a tracking email.

Orders from several WooCommerce shops land in one queue, get their SKUs and prices rewritten for the ERP, become an Odoo sale, a FedEx label on your thermal printer and a tracking message to the buyer.

How the two products fit a working day

FogliOre

  1. MorningAn employee logs the shift from the phone, or photographs the paper timesheet at the end of the week.
  2. OfficeHR sees the photo next to a weekly grid and confirms hours and customer for each day.
  3. Month endCustomer reports, payroll periods and pay stubs come out of the validated hours, not from a spreadsheet.

CONNET

  1. An order is paidCONNET picks it up from the shop, checks the buyer's VAT or tax code, and creates the Odoo sale.
  2. PackingA FedEx rate, a label on the thermal printer, a pickup booked if you need one.
  3. ShippedTracking appears on the shop order page and in the buyer's inbox. When Odoo posts the invoice, the shop order closes on its own.

FAST SRL runs Pulymax, a cleaning company with crews at customer sites six days a week, and three online shops selling professional cleaning products on WooCommerce and Odoo.

Nobody sold us software that fit, so we wrote our own. FogliOre has handled our hours and pay stubs since 2025. CONNET has moved our shop orders, labels and invoices since the same year. Both run every day, on our own data, with our own money on the line.

Now we are opening them to a few companies that look like us. Early adopters get the product as it is, our attention while it grows, and a price that stays.
